User Agreement

By accessing the tkpk9 platform at tkpk9.io, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with tkpk9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by tkpk9 including, but not limited to, sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, crash and instant-win games, and all promotional and loyalty programmes offered to registered players in Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of tkpk9 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tkpk9 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players, consistent with responsible gambling best practices. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any tkpk9 service.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tkpk9, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the tkpk9 platform under any previous account or identity.

tkpk9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Age verification is mandatory before a player's first withdrawal is processed. tkpk9 will not process any withdrawal on an account where age verification has not been completed to our satisfaction.

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on the tkpk9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your tkpk9 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Notifying tkpk9 customer support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that your login credentials are not shared with, disclosed to, or used by any other person.

tkpk9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Account credentials must not be stored in unsecured environments, shared via messaging applications, or written in a manner that could be accessed by third parties.

All financial transactions on the tkpk9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tkpk9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player balances at any stage.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. tkpk9 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods without prior notice.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the tkpk9 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your tkpk9 balance in real time in most cases. Processing delays attributable to third-party payment providers are outside tkpk9's control.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification.
• The average withdrawal processing time is under fifteen minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• tkpk9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk controls.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be initiated. Withdrawal requests submitted while a wagering requirement is outstanding will be rejected.

tkpk9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made through local Bangladesh mobile financial services. International card transactions may attract fees imposed by the card network or issuing bank; these are the responsibility of the player.

tkpk9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, and those specific terms are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the combined sum of the deposit and bonus amount before a withdrawal can be requested, unless the promotion's specific terms state a different multiplier.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%. Sports betting contributions depend on the odds of the market wagered. Crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met by that date. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be voided.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player, per household, and per device.
• tkpk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already in active use by a player at the time of modification, except where fraud or abuse is detected.
• Bonuses may only be used for real-money gaming on tkpk9. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash directly.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, wagering exclusively on low-variance outcomes to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonus voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed.

All bets placed and games played on the tkpk9 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as published within the platform interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sports betting: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for T20 World Cup matches, the BCCI for IPL matches). In the event of any ambiguity, tkpk9's decision on the outcome of a bet settlement is final. tkpk9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or determined to have been subject to match-fixing or other corruption.

Casino and slot games: All outcomes in tkpk9's RNG-based slot and table games are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each slot title and reflect long-term theoretical return rates; they do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

Live casino: Live casino games are facilitated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the game outcome will be determined and recorded by the provider's system and will be binding on tkpk9 and the player.

tkpk9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake permissible on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may be subject to further legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the tkpk9 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment reversal fraud, or exploiting technical errors in the platform's software to generate credits or winnings to which the player is not legitimately entitled.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game.
• Laundering money or processing proceeds of crime through the tkpk9 platform. tkpk9 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any investigation into financial crime.
• Deliberately exploiting promotional offers, loyalty programmes, or referral systems in a manner inconsistent with the spirit and intent of those offers.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy tools to disguise your true location.

All content on the tkpk9 platform — including but not limited to the tkpk9 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkpk9 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkpk9 platform solely for the purposes of personal, non-commercial entertainment gaming and sports betting in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the tkpk9 platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the tkpk9 platform.
• Use the tkpk9 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation from tkpk9.
• Frame or mirror any page or content from the tkpk9 platform on any third-party website.

Any unauthorised use of tkpk9's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkpk9, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the tkpk9 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive financial losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions beyond tkpk9's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) regarding game outcomes, technical faults, or system errors within their respective platforms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tkpk9 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occasionally affect service availability. tkpk9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever practicable.

tkpk9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month after the initial twelve-month period, applied against the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting tkpk9 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

tkpk9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered tkpk9 players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when your active gaming session has reached a duration you specify.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account cannot be reactivated before the selected period expires.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the tkpk9 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Where amendments are material, tkpk9 will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the tkpk9 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure as set out in Clause 10.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in the English language. In the event of any translation of this document, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of tkpk9's platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through tkpk9's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

tkpk9's internal complaint resolution process is the first point of contact for any dispute. Players may raise a formal complaint by contacting customer support at [email protected]. tkpk9 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receipt.
